What's included in the price? +

Everything. Trailer delivery to your address, pickup at end of rental, haul to the Tippecanoe County Transfer Station on SR-25, and dump fees up to the included weight for your load type. No hidden invoices.

How does the calendar work? +

Select your duration first, then click any green date on the calendar. The calendar shows real-time availability — booked dates are grayed out. Your selected rental period highlights in green. Friday drop-offs are picked up Monday morning at no extra charge.

How does load type pricing work? +

Each load type has a flat price and a weight maximum. Light Cleanout and Yard Debris are $350 (1.0 and 1.5 ton max). Renovation Mix is $390 (2.0 ton max). Full Load is $430 (2.5 ton max). Heavy Material — concrete, shingles, asphalt — is $510 (3.0 ton max). Overages billed at $75/ton.

What's the authorization hold? +

Full Load and Heavy Material bookings get a $225 hold on your card at booking — separate from the charge. Covers potential overages. If your load is within the weight limit, the hold releases in 5–7 business days. Weight ticket emailed within 24 hours of pickup.

How does cancellation work? +

Cancel 72+ hours before drop-off: full refund minus $25 processing fee. Cancel 24–72 hours out: 50% refund. Under 24 hours: no refund. Cancellations must be submitted via email ([email protected]) or text. Phone calls don't count. Rescheduling free with 48+ hours notice.

How is the distance price calculated? +

Google Maps calculates actual drive distance from your address. No surcharge within 5 miles. Beyond that: $35 (5–10 mi), $60 (10–15 mi), $85 (15–20 mi), $115 (20–25 mi), $145 (25–30 mi), $175 (30–35 mi). The price at checkout is what you pay.
