These terms govern your use of rentwasteaway.com and your rental of a dump trailer from Waste Away Dump Trailer Rental ("Waste Away," "we," "us"). By booking a rental, you agree to these terms and to the full Rental Agreement.

Rental Service

• Rentals include delivery, a standard rental period as selected at booking, and pickup within our Lafayette, Indiana service area (up to 45 miles).
• Pricing shown at checkout includes the base rental, delivery mileage, and disposal up to the weight limit for your selected load type. Weight overages are billed per ton as disclosed at checkout; heavy load types may require a $225 authorization hold, released or captured after weigh-in.
• Prohibited materials: tires, paint, solvents, chemicals, liquid waste, appliances containing refrigerant, propane tanks, batteries, and hazardous materials of any kind. Mattresses and electronics are accepted only if disclosed at booking.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before scheduled drop-off are non-refundable.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Charges appear at the total shown at checkout. Weight-overage charges, if any, are billed to the same payment method after the disposal weight ticket is received.

SMS Terms

By opting in to text updates at checkout, you agree to receive transactional SMS from Waste Away about your rental — booking confirmations, delivery reminders, and pickup or service updates. Message frequency is typically 2–4 messages per rental. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Liability

You are responsible for the trailer and its contents while it is in your possession, for ensuring a suitable placement location, and for keeping loads within legal limits and free of prohibited materials. Waste Away is not responsible for surface damage to driveways or placement areas designated by the customer. Full liability terms are in the Rental Agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the site or our services means you accept the updated terms.
