• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
• Rental details: load type, rental dates, and delivery location.

How We Use Your Information

• To schedule, deliver, and pick up your rental trailer.
• To send transactional communications about your rental — booking confirmations, delivery reminders, and pickup or service updates — by email and, if you opt in, by SMS.
• To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• To process payments, refunds, and any weight-overage charges described at checkout.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in to text updates during checkout, we send transactional SMS related only to your rental (typically 2–4 messages per rental). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the business — Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider, and our scheduling system — and only as needed to fulfill your rental, or when required by law.

Data Retention & Security

We keep booking records as long as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with reputable providers.
